They will take the time to assist you via email or on the phone, and could not be more friendly. I have shipped numerous fragile items on several occasions, and everything has shown up fast and undamaged. The communication is excellent and I cannot recommend Marine highly enough, she is the gold standard in shipping! Will definitely be using them for all of my shipping needs while in France!
