The staff here are professional, patient, and genuinely helpful, especially when dealing with special requests and time-sensitive items. Communication was clear, instructions were explained properly, and I always felt that my packages were being handled with care and attention.
A special thank-you to Valérie and Akram, who were particularly kind and reassuring throughout the process. When you’re traveling internationally and coordinating deliveries and shipments across borders, that level of service really matters.
